At Paws in the Family, our goal is to help dedicated dog owners peacefully turn their canine friends into members of the family. 

Our focus is to help you set you and your dog up for success so they can’t practice undesirable behaviors.  This allows you to spend more time focusing on the behaviors you want from your dog.  Through consistency and repetition, the “good” behaviors can become part of you and your dog’s repertoire. 

...oh!  and did we mention fun?  Families get dogs to have fun, but the puppy process can be trying.  So, at Paws in the Family, we also do our best to approach training with humor and a light-heartedness, creating some fun for both human and canine alike.
